Before joining Blunt, he founded The Underground, an independent music, film and pop culture platform built from the ground up. Today, Ned works across the Blunt network as an operations lead, reporter and interviewer, helping shape the next phase of Blunt across Australia and the US.

Ned Tepper is an alternative music journalist, interviewer and media operator with more than a decade of experience covering rock, metal, punk, film and pop culture.
Before joining Blunt, he founded and ran The Underground, an independent platform that championed heavy music, underground artists and the people who keep the scene moving. The Underground later became part of Blunt, giving that work a bigger home and a wider audience.
